I stumbled upon the PINKIES Stall at SM Makati, the brand is not new to me. In fact I did review some of their products including the matte lipstick so I was really happy to discover their newest product and immediately posted it on my instagram.

Shades: It has 7 shades if I’m not mistaken insluding a clear gloss (more of a primer or a moisturizer for the lips) most of the shades are pink-ish from bright to soft pink. I spotted 2 red-ish tone and 2 nudes that are really pale looking. (Will upload all the swatches of the shades within this week, I have too much swatches on my hand at this time and got no place for it haha)

Formula: Liquid that sets into real matte finish but not too tacky and drying on the lips.I wonder why it claims to be Long Lasting Lip Gloss.

Price: P249.00 each

Net wt & Ingredients:

Made in France

Packaging: It is housed in a small acrylic tube with pink lid and small doe foot applicator. The cover is the same as their matte lipstick which reminds me of the MAC retro matte collection.15139552_10206117476416381_716400618_n

Scent: I love this product but if there’s one thing that I don’t like; it’s the fragrance. It has a mild scent of oil from Quiapo “pang matanda na langis” for me it’s tolerable but with others?I don’t know if you can handle the scent.

Quality and consistency:  It is similar with Jazzy France Lip Gloss (matte lip crème) collection. I tried to swatch the shades and all has the same consistency. Not too thick and not too thin, very lightweight on the lips and it doesn’t feel sticky or tacky. Very pigmented and two layers are enough for the entire lips.It is expected that a matte lip crème is kind of drying, since I have high tolerance I would say that this is an exception. It has a minimal transfer and tends to fade in the inner part of the lips after eating, but stains pretty well without a need to re-apply. As you can see on the photo below, the color is bold without setting into crack lining of your lips.
